The Agency

Royal Paratroopers Investigation and Security Agency Inc., (ROPISA) will render twenty – four (24) hours and seven (7) days a week supervision including holidays to ensure immediate response to our client’s needs.

Security Guards will be closely supervised by highly skilled and experienced Agency Inspectors and Supervisors to conduct its routine inspection all throughout the day to ensure that security guards are capable of performing its duties and responsibilities.

A client with more than twenty (20) security guards assigned to their establishment shall be headed with its detachment officer. Clients with at least ten (10) security guards will be supervised by their assigned head security guard. The client may request for special arrangement to the agency for effective and efficient security plan.

The Agency has its monthly tactical inspection to ensure observance of the proper uniform requirement, and reminding its security guards to their duties and responsibilities, discussing thoroughly courtesy and discipline, and dissemination of important information

The Agency train its security guards with various skills such as Basic Life Support (First – Aider), Fire and Earthquake Drill, Disaster Responder, Firearm’s Marksmanship, Hand-to-hand Combat, CCTV Operator, and other skills which our every client requires.

Security Guards

Each of the security guards to be assigned to our valued clients must be:

a. Must have good moral character and reputation, courteous, alert and without criminal or police record;

b. Physically and mentally fit, 21 to 50 years old and at least five feet and four inches (5’4”) in height;

c. Holder of a valid license and properly screened cleared by the PNP, NBI and other government offices issuing clearances for employment.

d. In proper uniform and armed with a shotgun, pistol or revolver with sufficient ammunition at all times during his tour of duty.

e. In possession of such other qualification required by Republic Act 5487 as amended;

f. Have undergone the required training and instruction as well as
the physical fitness program conducted by the SECURITY AGENCY;

g. Holder of a Neuro – Psychiatric clearance issued by a clinic duly accredited by PNP – SOSIA and or RCSU.

The security guards ensures the safety of people, objects, or buildings, either in person or via security cameras. As there are many types of threats and dangers, from harassment to terrorist attacks, and various venues in need of protection, different security jobs require different expertise with respect to protection and safety.

Protective Agent / Close – In / VIP Protection

More than 20 years ago, kidnapping, extortion and terrorism occur mostly in other countries. In the 90’s, incidence of kidnapping, extortion and terrorism occurred with alarming frequency. Threats on executives then escalated from Very Serious to Extremely Serious. Terrorism takes many forms such as rioting, arson and bombing.

In recent years, the new and more personal brand of terrorism was kidnapping. It has become so frightening and so effective form of terrorism from the point of view of terrorist. Individuals who wield power – financial or political – are the attractive targets for extremists, kidnappers and extortionists.

Protective Agent are thoroughly selected by the Security Director. All agents will undergo vigorous tactical combat and emergency medical life support training to compensate the need of their clients.

Event Security Marshal

ROPISA provides event security marshals to big events and concerts. Most number of event marshals provided for a single event was 120 marshals to cater the security perimeter and the audience. The ROPISA marshals are equipped to handle a crowd of 350,000 and more

The most noticeable names our marshals have secured are then-presidential candidate, Ferdinand “Bong Bong” R. Marcos, then- vice-presidential candidate, Ms. Sara Duterte, Ms. Toni Gonzaga, Ms. Anne Curtis, Mr. Andrew E., Ms. Carla Estrada and Bamboo. ROPISA’s most notable events handled are the Anbisyosa Concert last 23 March 2012, the UNITEAM Rally last 18 April 2022 and the Tingog ng Pasasalamat Concert last 12 February 2023.

ROPISA provides ambulance service, emergency medical service, special events and medical standby, airport and sea port transport, Doctor consultation, and clinic appointment transportation

The agency conducts counter surveillance, physical and electronic surveillance that involves taking measures to prevent individuals from monitoring your activities and safeguarding safety, privacy, and commercial interests to you, family, and your corporate needs.

The agency offers to our valued clients, at no added cost, security planning and security survey to determine the extent of the security requirement of the establishment. With this, the client will be aware of its weak and strength of its security in their establishment
